I might also include it softly in my newsletter to increase my reviews visibility with the suggestion before they go “Please be sure to vote YES to the Amazon question at the end…”

This is fascinating. I’m curious to know if Amazon could somehow detect a “campaign”. Seems that in order to do this they would have to have a program that, perhaps, tracked the number of “This is helpful” clicks that a review received within a certain period of time. If there was some way for you to get the “This is helpful” clicks spread out over several days rather than in a short period of time, that might prove useful. At the very least, it would let you know if clicks per unit time was the qualifying metric that determines whether or not the clicks are recorded by Amazon.

Regarding your link, I followed it and didn’t have any trouble clicking on “This is helpful”.

I clicked yes this was helpful but was not asked to sign in to my amazon account. Perhaps that was why some registered and some did not???
