rob, I think it’s important to be able to protect your personal assets.

But I have a question for you.

What happens when a CEO or President of a company starts to make decisions that are reckless and negligent and people end up dying as a result.

Take the mining accidents for example.

The president of the company clearly had no regard for personnel safety and a lot of people died for it.

He established a corporate culture of profits before safety and he reaped millions of dollars in financial gian in exchange for the lives of many men.

For this type of actions and behaviors i think he should be held personally liable for in wrongfull death lawsuits.
