		<description>HABIT:

It reminds me what Brain Tracy said,&quot;Good habits are hard to form but easy to live with; Bad habits are easy to from but hard to live with.&quot;

Time needed to set up new habits:

Traditional belief of 21 Days Vs Kevin Hogan&#039;s 5 Days

Anyway, the MORE good habits you have, the LESS bad habits you would naturally have!

Breaking up HABIT is hard:

Habit &gt; Have A BIT &gt; a BIT &gt; BIT  &gt; IT

		<description>We are opposites in that after I hadn&#039;t blogged for a while, I just thought I should get any old bullcrap up there just to get going again! Good thing everyone doesn&#039;t feel like me or there&#039;d be lots of trash out there on the internet (well more than there is already).

		<description>Rob,

Great post! Regarding habits, you are so right! The good ones are difficult to start and easy to stop. Bad ones on the other hand are just the opposite -- easy to start and, sometimes, very difficult to stop.

As for blogging, I&#039;m getting back into the swing of things as well.

Thank you for the post.

		<description>Seems like a pretty perfect explanation to me Rob (not disagreeing with your post at all, just endorsing that &quot;getting it done&quot; can make for something very good indeed.

Excellent points.

Thanks.

		<description>Habits really can be either our greatest friend or worse enemy. The funny thing is that the bad habits are the tough ones to break, it&#039;s the good habits that you have to try hard to keep up.

You are right about not pressuring yourself too hard to be perfect. The trick is to just do it. After time things will get better from practice and experience.

		<description>Great post, Rob! I&#039;ve been slowly getting back into some habits I let become dormant, and am working on creating some new ones, too. &quot;Just get started&quot; is great advice!</description>
