Bogus Lawsuits Are Now Being Solicited With Spam E-Mail…

Why Do You Need to Protect Your Assets?   You live a simple life, not bothering anyone…

Do you think that you have to actually do something wrong in order to have people sue you?

The answer is NO.

If you have assets, you are the potential target of a lawsuit…

Today in my email, scattered in with the Viagra offers, and the latest Internet Marketing “magic pills” came this spam from a “friend” named “Legal Advice” with the subject line “Be Protected”…

If you have been badly injured in the course of getting medical treatment, you may be able to win compensation through a medical lawsuit.

If you or someone you care about went into the hospital only to have a medical condition get worse instead of better, you should get intouch with a medical malpractice attorney.

Take the first step by finding the right service that will review all relevant medical records, interview medical staff involved, consult with medical experts in related medical fields, and give you an honest assessment of your medical malpractice case.

A company that will work efficiently to protect your best interests, and provide timely feedback along the way to enable you to make informed decisions.

Some shark lawyers (like John Edwards, former VP candidate who actually channels his dead patients for the jury) make their millions from drumming up bogus cases and making them into the most horrible things imaginable.  Then they select a jury of people who have been conditioned to think that anyone who has two nickels to rub together probably stole it from a poor working person.  Justice is served by playing Robin Hood and leveling things out.

I find it pretty disgusting that they are using spam in order to try to find victims to sue.

If you have a car, or you have employees or children, or worse yet both… You could be one phone call away from a liability lawsuit and you can only protect your things ahead of time.  Once the phone call happens, it is too late.

You probably aren’t a doctor, but if you have assets you never know what kind of thing might happen to put you at risk.  Better to plan ahead and protect what is yours from these frivolous claims.

Rob

    Rob,

Your post reminds me about people who send out fake invoices to large companies asking for small amount of payments. They usually get away from it.

You are talking about big $ here though!

The system is rigged against the productive and there are plenty of people who, like parasites or John Edwards, are standing by and ready to exploit the system and human nature for their own personal gain.

Things are going to get worse as the economy worsens and more and more laws are passed to steal from the productive for the benefit of the unproductive.

Isn’t it awful how sue-happy this country is. Again, last night my 10-yr-old son mentioned something about how “if XYZ happened he was going to sue them.” I couldn’t believe my ears. Amazing how it has gotten into even the minds of our children.

Luckily, not all lawyers are evil spawn of Satan…

But there are plenty of bad ones out there who will attempt to manipulate the system.

What’s the old saying? If the facts are on your side, go with the facts. If the law is on your side, go with the law. If neither is on your side, rant and rave and blame everyone.

  5. Wow, it really is a sad and sorry state of affairs, isn’t it? Ahhhh, they are trolling with spam. If they are spamming it probably is because it has proven to be an effective method of getting customers.

Scary mentality. Every business owner now needs to protect themselves from bogus lawsuits. Thankfully, it’s not quite a bad in Europe.

I guess it should be expected that such entrepreneurial endeavors would find their way to the internet. Can’t get away from them. Had a fire in our building. The ambulence chasers got here on the heels of the fire engines and before the owner. Judging from her response, they had a pretty slimmy offer.

It’s all related to the sense of entitlement. Everyone seems to be willing to wait around until they have a chance at something for nothing.

I agree with Christian. People want something for nothing. The scary part is that the more the economy declines and the more the media scare the ignorant masses the more they are going to get desparate and do despartate and shady things like frivilous lawsuits.

I believe what you say is true..almost any asset is in danger of a lawsuit. Lets face it-if one can sue the Golden Arches for coffee that was hot [??????] anything is possible.

Rob, My brother and best friend are lawyers. With that being said, I think overall, it is a evil and corrupt system. Simplify legal language and you eliminate the need for half the lawyers. Mark

Lawsuits have become the “lottery” of choice – with a much bigger pay-off! It would be interesting to see just how much medical costs would come down if we had tort reform enacted!
